Silver Birch Growth (SBG) was founded by Randy Gilling in 2023 in Toronto Canada as a 100% self-funded business, no outside capital, and quickly scaled it to a 7-figure operation. Randy was a thoughtful revenue leader and executioner at S&P Global, leading large revenue teams to top global offices. After 7-years in roles spanning from being a top rep to successful leader of multiple businesses, Randy joined Kognitiv as CEO. There, he brought a European B2B SaaS business to North America post- software company acquisition, as well as led various acquisitions andcapital raises in order to scale organically. For the last 9 years Randy has started, acquired, and turned businesses around, generating a high return on capital investments. SBG is Randy’s life’s work and is a culmiation of his stand-out skills and experience: identifying and harnessing businesses with the most growth potential.
